Survey Update

PFP Specialists have been active in numerous projects to verify on-site fire resistance performance of existing structures, some going back to the 1930s. This has extended to investigation into precast concrete floor planks, reinforced concrete structures and concrete encased steelwork. A combination of intrusive and non-destructive ferro-scanning have been used to ascertain reinforcement provision. Our surveyors have also been active inspecting fire protection coatings on existing structures as owners and designers seek to verify their fire resistance performance or ask us to investigate coating failures.
